Rooms in the hostel for affordable accommodation in Söll

• All prices are exclusive of visitor’s tax.
  The visitor’s tax is € 3.50 per person per day from the age of 15.
• All rooms are NON-SMOKING ROOMS.
• Free WLAN throughout the hostel
• Short stay supplement at Hostel Bergland-Dorfglück in Söll:
  1 -3 nights: € 15 per person and night

Booking conditions:

• The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 shall apply.

Your arrival & departure:

• Check-In & Check-Out in our main building (approx. 500 m from the hostel):
  For arrival and departure please come to our reception in the main building (Aparthotel Bergland, Stampfanger 6 in A-6306 Söll).
  • Check-In: Your room is available from approx. 14.00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-Out: Please vacate your room by 10.00 am at the latest.
  • LATE CHECK OUT only possible on request and at an extra charge.
• In the event of early departure, we will charge you the full agreed amount. If your cancellation insurance covers the costs or if we are able to let the room at short notice, we will of course refund you the costs afterwards.

Lift tickets:

• You can buy lift tickets for the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental (in summer and winter) in advance at our hotel. This saves you long waiting times at the ticket offices.

Payment:

• Payment options:
  EC card, MASTERCARD, VISA or American Express. You are also welcome to pay cash or transfer money to our bank account in advance.

• So that it is not too stressful on the day of departure, you are welcome to settle your bill during your stay or the evening before. THANK YOU!

Down payment:

• The deposit is approx. 30% of the tour price.
• If we do not receive the deposit on time, we are entitled to cancel the booking unilaterally.

Cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: can be canceled free of charge
• 3 months – 1 month before arrival: Cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price
• 1 month – 1 week before arrival: Cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price
• Within the last week & in case of early departure: Cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price
• Cancellations made outside of the cancellation deadlines will incur a processing fee of € 50.

Cancellation protection:

• We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung so that you are covered in the event of illness or similar.
• You are welcome to book your insurance cover with us at the same time! Our recommendation: Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.

Money-back guarantee:

• In the event of border or hotel closures or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge – even at short notice.
