Data protection at the inexpensive hostel in Söll

Here we inform you about data protection!
Here you can get a quick overview of how we handle your data.
As with almost every website, some technical information is automatically collected when you visit us. To be honest, this is almost impossible to avoid on the Internet. However, it is important to us that we really only collect what we need.
The data is stored anonymously and helps us to improve our website step by step. For example, so that you can find what you’re looking for more quickly – whether you’re looking for a cheap hostel in Söll, want a cheap vacation in Söll or just want to see what awaits you here at the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol.
If you want to go into more detail, you can find the exact information here:
Visitor analysis
We look at how our website is used – but without identifying you personally. We use the Google Site Kit tool for this purpose. It shows us, for example, which pages are visited frequently, where visitors enter and when they leave. Things such as browser type, approximate country of origin or the duration of your visit are also recorded.
Important: Your IP address is immediately anonymized. This means that we cannot trace who exactly is behind a visit.
The data remains on our own server in the EU and is not passed on. They simply help us to improve our offer – especially for groups of friends or solo travelers who are consciously looking for affordable accommodation in Söll Tirol and value uncomplicated social living.
In addition, our server automatically saves technical access data. However, we only look at this data if an error occurs somewhere. Otherwise they simply remain in the background.
Cookies
Cookies are used on our website. Without them, some things would simply not work.
For example, we need them for map views or our booking solution. The resulting information is transferred to the respective providers.
You can deactivate cookies in your browser at any time. However, individual functions may then no longer work properly.
Contact and inquiry forms
If you write to us using a form, we will save your details so that we can reply to you.
Your data will be stored in our hotel software Casablanca and will only be used to process your request. For example, if you request a quote or would like more information.
You can revoke your consent at any time. And a little tip: Please do not enter any sensitive data in the message field.
Online booking
If you would like to book directly, you will be redirected to our booking page.
This is operated by Feratel, a provider from Innsbruck in Tyrol. The data protection provisions of Feratel apply to the processing.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we save your name and e-mail address.
Shipping is also handled by Casablanca. After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail – you are only really registered when you click on it.
And you can unsubscribe just as easily: One click in the newsletter is enough.
External references
You will also find links to other sites on our website.
We cannot accept any responsibility for their content and the handling of data – the rules of the respective providers apply.
Your right
You have the right to know what data we have stored about you at any time.
You can also have your data corrected, deleted or object to processing. If you would like to use any of these options, simply contact us:
