• Sunnseitweg in Söll
Start your hike directly from the region’s trendiest hostel while enjoying constant views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve. A really lovely loop if you want a relaxed start to your active holiday.
  • Rehbachklamm & Hinterschießlingalm
First, you’ll cross walkways and bridges through the shady Rehbachklamm gorge, then the Hinterschießlingalm awaits at the top. Our tip for warm summer days – and for everyone who thinks a good hike isn’t complete without an Alpine snack.
  • Hintersteiner See & Walleralm
Mountain lake or Alpine pasture? Here, you get both. First, hike up to the Walleralm, then head back to Lake Hinterstein and walk along the turquoise water to return to the starting point.
  • Schleierwasserfall
Even the path through forests and Alpine meadows is fun. But it gets truly spectacular at the destination: the Schleier Waterfall cascades over a massive rock face where, with a bit of luck, you can even watch professional climbers.
  • Gruttenhütte
Want to get really close to the Wilder Kaiser? Then head up to the Gruttenhütte at 1,571 meters. The tour is a bit more alpine, but in return, you’ll practically have a front-row seat to the Kaiser’s massive rock faces.

And the best part: you’ll stay affordably at Hostel Dorfglück and be right in the heart of the hiking area.
