    \nThe visitor’s tax is \u20ac 3.50 per person per day from the age of 15.<\/li>\n

    • The right of withdrawal according to \u00a7 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 shall apply. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your arrival & departure: <\/span><\/h3>\n

      • Check-In & Check-Out<\/strong> in our main building<\/strong> (approx. 500 m from the hostel):
        \nFor arrival and departure please come to our reception in the main building (Aparthotel Bergland, Stampfanger 6 in A-6306 S\u00f6ll).<\/p>\n
          \n
        • Check-In: <\/strong>Your room is available from approx. 14.00 on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n
        • Check-Out:<\/strong> Please vacate your room by 10.00 am at the latest.<\/li>\n
        • LATE CHECK OUT only possible on request and at an extra charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • In the event of early departure, we will charge you the full agreed amount. If your cancellation insurance covers the costs or if we are able to let the room at short notice, we will of course refund you the costs afterwards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Lift tickets:<\/span><\/h3>\n

          • You can buy lift tickets for the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental (in summer and winter) in advance at our hotel. This saves you long waiting times at the ticket offices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

              • The deposit is approx. 30% of the tour price.<\/li>\n
              • If we do not receive the deposit on time, we are entitled to cancel the booking unilaterally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Cancellation conditions: <\/span><\/h3>\n

                • Up to 3 months before arrival: can be canceled free of charge<\/li>\n
                • 3 months – 1 month before arrival: Cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price<\/li>\n
                • 1 month – 1 week before arrival: Cancellation fee of 70% of the booking price<\/li>\n
                • Within the last week & in case of early departure: Cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price<\/li>\n
                • Cancellations made outside of the cancellation deadlines will incur a processing fee of \u20ac 50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  • We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance from Europ\u00e4ische Reiseversicherung so that you are covered in the event of illness or similar.<\/li>\n
